“The price was right, but the order was a bit of a disappointment in 3 respects. One, the biggest issue is that the printing was not nearly as crisp as the signs printed by another shop using the same file. Two, what I thought was a "bleed area" turned out to be a white border that I did not request. This may be partly my fault in not requesting a proof, but the website could have been much clearer about this in the first place. Finally, the order involved double sided printing. Because of the way in which we were using the posters, it was a problem that the two sides were not aligned vertically or horizontally in the same place.”
