“The signs themselves were great! BUT the shipping was HORRIBLE! The signs were supposed to be here on June 12, which I had planned we would still have some decent exposures; worked putting them all out into my schedule. They did not arrive until June 18. The event was June 20. We spent 5+ hours putting them out on Friday morning at a time we were supposed to be doing setup. Very little exposure. To say I was not a "happy camper" is putting it mildly. I do appreciate that you refunded our shipping fee. To top it off, NOT your fault... the poles that I had for the flags are missing so we didn't get to even use those!! What a day!!”
“It actually got there Early (++)!!! Unfortunately, you forgot to package it at all, I got a flat sign in a ~2-inch thick box, no packaging. This made it inevitable that the Corrugated PVC sign was smushed on both ends. For reference, if you're not going to spring for proper packaging- and I understand that margins must be narrow for something like this- it would have been better to simply take a razor, slit the ends of the box, and essentially flatten it- just stick the sign between two flat pieces of cardboard, and it would have been much more likely to survive.”
