“Unfortunately my sign (forclosure) was spelled wrong...however on their template is was spelled wrong and I approved it. Embarrasing on both sides, however when I called they were very customer oriented and replaced my signs immediately with no additional cost with the correct spelling.
Very refreshing to know the customer is still treated respectfully.
