“I was excited to purchase what I needed and for the price. I know for a fact I clicked on the icon that I needed the stakes for the ground and thought it was included. When I got the signs it didn’t come with them. I ended up purchasing them from ace hardware with no shipping. So buyer beware read everything. It was not a good deal after all. I found them cheaper on other sites with stakes. When I tried explaining they blamed me and said I never added them. However I know I clicked the box and I assumed it was included so when it came to check out I just paid it. BEWARE!!!!!”
“On the beginning was little complicated to order I was having trouble because I was using my phone to order, them I received my order and I don't know how I ended up ordering only one side printed yeard sign. I called customer service phone number and explained what happened, and the sign in one side would do no good for me.Asked what if I could send my order and have them print on the oder side was well. Right way the lady that was helping me was on top of everything, explained that the website is not mobile friendly and replaced my entire order for free. How awesome is that? Let me tell you something if so hard to find a business that would that. I'm beyond happy.
