“the sign stakes were not shipped with the signs even though the packing list showed they should be in the box. when I called customer service, they offered sending the stakes via 2 day shipping however, I need the stakes for the following day. customer service didn't offer overnight shipping, just a credit to my account for the stakes. I had to try to find stakes for the signs at Home Depot at the last minute.”

The ONLY reason I'm not rating this service five stars is because the print quality on the sign itself is not particularly crisp; though from the road you would never know. I used a high resolution image for my template so I'm just not sure where the sapped quality stemmed from.
