“Please contact me at 301-440-9102. I had some issues with my sign order. I submitted a request and as a result of "user error" i inadvertently ordered my signs in the wrong size. I received a call from one of your employees who had me place an additional order and told me that my signs would be corrected and I would receive the correct signs in my shipment. 2 issues. 1. The signs that shipped were not printed in the correct format. 2. I have not been refunded my payment for the 2nd order nor have received an additional shipment.
