The company’s practice of saying that signs ship in 24 hours is misleading. Signs may be receive a shipping label within 24 hours of manufacture, but this does not mean they are received by the carrier the same day or even the same week, if labeled on Friday. Of course, there is also a few days of delay between placing the order and manufacture. All this adds to unmet expectations about production and delivery times—expectations that the company is setting when it plasters “ships in 24 hours” everywhere.
I have had the same experience with this company each time I have ordered over several years. I do not intend to purchase from them again.”
