“The quality of the sign was as expected, and the design came out exactly as shown online.
However, stars had to be removed because:
1) Shipping and processing times were longer than estimated and the signs arrived too late, and were unable to be used
2) The Advertised price was a bit deceptive. The prices shown indicated an affordable per sign price, but the promotion was for ONE discounted sign out of the whole order.
3) Shipping cost options were pricey, and with that, they still arrived late.
In short - happy with the print of the sign, very unhappy with the customer satisfaction of pricing and logistics.”
“Signs were inexpensive and delivered quickly. The top text wasn't centered though (guess I did not center when creating image on the website? Although I am sure I did) so they look a little unprofessional. Would have been nice to have a quality check. Otherwise would have given 5/5”
“I ordered two open house signs. One of them was good but another sign did not do a good job. I did not like white letters were mixed with some green color. Someone needed to check their work before even mailing it to customers. :(”
