“Ordered signs tracking said arrival was Friday and no signs, a box with the metal stands came but no signs. Emailed them and apparently my order got missed..? So now still waiting for my signs which at this point are extremely late. I was quoted early next week but we will see… wasn’t offered any compensation for their error. Just want my signs, should have had them days ago”
“Signs were just as ordered. Delivered later than originally quoted. Had an isssue with box being opened during shipping, therefore lost a few signs. Emailed the company and got a quick reply and refund for the missing signs.”
“You guys never sent the signs. After they were two days late I called to see why they weren’t here and I was informed that FedEx lost the package. When were you going to tell me that they were lost? I bought these to promote my sons school play. They were supposed to be out on lawns this week but now if your replacements get here when you committed them to be here I will barely get 2 weeks of advertisement for the kids. For my first experience with your company I am extremely disappointed. I probably will go with another company for the next show.
