“My yard signs look amazing but I also ordered magnets that got sent separately. Their system changed my address to an undeliverable address so my order got sent back to them, when I called they informed me that I would have to pay tax and shipping a second time for a mistake on their end, extremely unfortunate as I was looking forward to doing lots of business with them in the future but they have lost my business for trying to charge me for a mistake on their end.”
“The signs arrived and were just as I ordered. However, one has already disappeared - blew off the vehicle, even though it was only traveling on secondary roads where the speed limit is 40 - 45 mph. Not sure if I would trust them on the vehicle at highway speeds. Also, something you may want to look into - I used a single-use virtual card to make this purchase. I was just notified by Capital One that a second charge was declined for a purchase at Michael Allen, a high-end Mexican leather goods manufacturer. Since the card I used was a single-use card at your shop, I'm thinking that's somewhat more than a coincidence...”
