“To be honest, I wasn't very happy when the item arrived yesterday. The fabric had some ink stains on it and I am the kind of person that needs my wedding backdrop to be perfect. Had a bunch of calls with their customer service, and they have agreed to process a reprint for us. I hope everything will turn out fine this time.”
