“I'm sorry to say that I don't like this mug. I expected a mug that was rigid but this is 'bendy" and flexible which I didn't expect. I've gone back to the website to see if this is noted anywher and I didn't find any reference to "flexible" until digging and finding the FAQs. The mug seems to be good quality but it isn't for me. I wonder if others have had the same reaction? Soryy y'all but this is not my cup for a cup of tea.”
