“The cup is nice and sturdy The customer service is why I don’t give 5 stars - I didn’t realize you had to order a lid separately (which is kind of lame of the company) Anyway when I realized after I received my order confirmation I immediately emailed them and asked to add a lid to my order so I didn’t have to pay a separate shipping charge and they did not get back to me for a week. When they did get back to me the reply just said no sorry we cannot add it to your order.. being in customer service myself I would have said I can not add to your order but if you’d like to order the lid we’d be happy to ship it free of charge, since our reply was so delayed”
