“Was supposed to be a Christmas present but that's not happening, proof they sent looked fine, can see the letters over the color pattern so I approved the proof. Writing is small but that was okay, not to big of a deal. Cup showed up and can barely read what's printed on it no time to do anything about it with Christmas coming up so it's getting tossed, so sad I was really looking forward to seeing the person's face when they received it as a gift.”
