“Silipint bowls simply can't be beat. 90% of the time I cook in them, then eat out of them, then store the leftovers. All in the same bowl. This includes frozen chops or hotdogs, beef tips, soups and/or stews. From oven, air cooker or microwave. Yes you can season and cook beef tips in one of these bowls in an air cooker. 10 minutes after cooking bowl is cool enough to hold and eat from.”
