“The lid is okay but I didn’t receive my straw with it like your website says you get a straw with each purchase which is very misleading. I also do not like the fact you don’t offer the lid before checking out when purchasing the tumbler which is also another tactic to get more money from your customers. So we pay 10.00 in shipping for a cup which is ridiculous.”
