“My teenager loves the color and versatility of the cup. Did not receive straw with this cup, but got straws with the other two cups. Would have rated higher but customer service has never returned any of my 4 emails or telephone calls. Very disappointed because I love these products and wanted to order more cups, but will not purchase anything else until my order is complete or refund is issued.”
