“My order hand not shipped. It was 3 weeks after I'm placed my order. I called route, who told me that they could not do anything without you shipping number. Mysteriously I'm package was shipped to that day I got an email telling me it was shipped. It arrived my order shortly after that and its currently in my cupboard.”
