It's not too heavy, but it also had some good weight to it so you can tell it's made with quality metal.
The screws to separate the halves (for wearing and taking off) are sturdy and simple to remove when necessary.
The price is a good value for the quality and design. Modern designed jewelry that is this good of quality can sometimes be almost twice this much so I am very pleased with what I received for my money.
