“I was amazed by your staff when I came across a small issue on my end with the site. I was ordering it from my Iphone and it got stuck on the address format to complete my order. I was stressed that it would charge me without the order being completed. I emailed them and they were very kind and considerate and walked me through reordering it from a landline computer. I was worried that I lost a day of delivery time as I was 2 day shipping it to arrive to my house for my wife's Bday gift. The gentlemen working with me on this order went above and beyond and was able to get the sugar skull to my door the evening of her bday...
