“Really good bright light. BUT we have bought 2 batches of 6 bulbs and each batch has one bulb which started to flicker within a year. Keeping an eye on the rest.”
“These bulbs are lighter weight and brighter than previous 10 watt LEDs I've used, perhaps a little too bright as they are uncomfortable to look at directly. Have been disappointed over the years with many LED bulbs not being as bright as claimed, but it seems technology has finally got to where LEDs GU10 bulbs are as bright, or even brighter than 50 watt halogen bulbs, and a claimed 80% energy saving is genuine. One out of 15 bulbs fitted did not work, which I regard as just about acceptable, and of the others they have been in operation without any failures for several months.”
