“Wouldn’t wish installing these lights on my worst enemy, terrible spotlights terminals too small flimsy springs and holdings, cheap rubbish would avoid at all cost”
Hi Jacob,
We’re sorry to hear you had such a negative experience with installing the pack. We do feel that the review is overly harsh, we sell a very wide range of downlights from £1.99 each to around £10 each. This is the cheapest product we sell, so it's reasonable quality based on the cheaper price.
If there’s anything specific you’d like to share about the issues you encountered with the terminals and springs, we’re here to listen.
Kind regards,
Team Simple Lighting LTD
“simple fittings as expected and easy to use. only downside were that the sides holding the springs and junction box are a bit weak and some bent when inserted into the ceiling. The sides could be thicker or more curved to prevent this.”
