“I would give it zero if I could. Wrong downlights delivered. Chris arguing that correct item was delivered. I sent pictures of proof, however they still seem to think they are correct. They dont want to send returns label, even though its their fault. Are their 5 star reviews false?! Possibly. Still going back and forth with emails. Not provided me with escalation process. Poor service, DO NOT USE! Go screw fix or local shops instead, unless if you want mediocre service from simplelighting. The bulb stays recessed way too deep you dont get the full brightness of the bulb from the wrong item sent”
