“; easy to assemble; superb illumination; excellent value. The only weakness was the paint covering over the 'triangular' metal box that holds the lamp and attaches to the kitchen unit. The paint appears to be of plastic in feel and appearance and it had puckered slightly and lifted off the box around the aperture that holds the lamp. I tried introducing a little superglue to stick it down, but it made no difference. I am concerned that in wiping the appliance in future, the paint may further detach.
So why didnt I sent them back? Because they were excellent in every other respect. I would be careful wiping them; and I reckon I could re-paint the 'box' if it deteriorates - eventually. I hope Simplelighting will take action on the paint in future product.”
