“Really excited to buy the Pop Up Socket (used in our kitchen worktop)
To be installed it said to use a 95mm hole cutter - our kitchen fitters had to cut out a little bigger - the unit wouldn't fit it properly without doing so. He even had to cut some of the plastic off the unit for it to fit.
Once the pop up was installed- and tried using it - the pop up goes up fine once plugged in - but the anti trap function is extremely sensitive and will not allow the unit go down as it should and we now have to wait nearly 2 hours everytime - not ideal if we have people over.
So all in all - really love the idea of the product but we can't use it for its full functionality due to the anti trap function being too sensitive.”
