“For the price you get a lot of bow. This Coda Marquise GS gives a very good response when doing technically difficult tasks like spiccato and is easier to use than many much more expensive wooden bows. I particularly like how easy it is to play harmonics. It is well worth trying one out to see what you think. This Kevlar and natural fibre bow has excellent balance and feels like one of the really good french bows of the early 20th century. This bow gives and enormous dynamic range with very little effort.
My bow does have a substantially different tone from my other wooden bows but people listening at school like the tone. (With Coronavirus I'm unable to perform, so the real test is yet to come)”
