“Unaware that this piece is an outfit, I purchased this alongside a case and bow. Nearly any other store would easily (especially for the sake of extra income) have made the sale and shipped these items out to me. Instead, they called my phone informing me that the violin I was purchasing came as an outfit, and as such was dispatched WITH a bow and case already. They offered to refund my case and bow in-case I was unaware. I have not received this kind of care, and specialised service from a business in a long time.
