“Hi, I recently purchased VXi skates but your supplier couldn't get so they upgraded to DBx1 for me. I was happy with this as Kerryn told me they were a better skate anyway. So far I have done 4 two hour sessions & they are performing well & starting to loosen up. I have just taken the wheels off & rotated, cleaned & oiled them. Only problem was one of the bearings is slightly damaged & not rolling as well as the others, other than that im happy with the product & the service I received from Kerryn was second to none. I am new back to skating after a 35 year absence, both my daughters brought me back & I am loving spending quality time with them & im looking forward to being a regular customer with you guys into the future.”
