“They didn’t fit me. I am always a size 37 but I couldn’t even get my foot in. I then returned them unused to only get a store credit not a refund. Extremely disappointed & won’t be buying skates with Skate Society anymore when you can’t try them on before purchasing for size but also can’t get a refund.”
We're sorry to read that you had such an awful experience Jay.
We highly reccomend giving us a call or email before purchasing sized items online, with skates sizes can often be different from with shoes. Always better to be safe than sorry!
