“Access to slopes - great snow after a short walk and a gondola but easy to do as the chalet boot room was near it. Really handy. The food was superb. Some people found it too complex but we loved it. Wine at dinner was very generous. Best chalet I?ve stayed in as an overall package.”

“Cuisine - would be excellent if croissants/ pain chocolat options and better quality / them being warm, and if afternoon tea better quality. We had no afternoon tea on chalet staff day off, despite the chalet manager saying we would have it and the website say we would get it 6 days of the week. Accomodation - the bedrooms let down the chalet. They are quite dated and could be 'themed' better. Sauna, hot tub are excellent. Lounges are well dressed and kept. Cleanliness - Everything was clean but we had old towels with seams hanging off. Bathroom was not cleaned on a few of days. Bedroom not done a couple of days.”
