“I will never buy anything else from skid steer solutions. I would not recommend anyone order from you. We have been trying to work with your customer service department for almost a month now to exchange the attachment plate. All we have been getting is the run around. They do not promptly reply to messages and do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. They are prompt to take our money but then we hear nothing again. I have a $4,000.00 auger it my garage that I cannot use. If anyone has any questions, here is my contact information: Greg Penninger, 618-694-7113, gteasepools@yahoo.com.”

“The skid steer plate is built well. the hydraulic connections are difficult to get to to tighten. the hydraulic drive works as advertised. we planed over 50 large stumps without any issues.”

“I was not satisfied with the performance of the planer bit it was way to slow for someone that dose this for a living and it doesn't work at all on green stumps and it makes just as big of a mess as a traditional style stump grinder and takes four times the amount of time and when there is roots that the customer wants ground down the plainer is useless you mite as well just dug up the stump so no I'm not satisfied I should of bought a traditional style stump grinder to attach to my skid steer so now I have a 2500$ auger that will probably not get used ever again”

“I ordered this stump grinder because we had a hurricane come through and we lost over 1000 trees! After waiting a week to get it we ground 1 stump and the tip broke! waited 4 weeks for parts only to break the second and third tip after a half days use! We tried to send back and no help due to beign past 30 days (mind you we waited that for parts) so off the the scrap pile it went this weekend. very costly lesson but will not do buisnes with them anymore!”

“ETERRA 3500 WITH 10" STUMP PLANER EATS STUMPS UP TOOK A FEW STUMPS TO GET USE TO BUT IT MAKES THEM DISAPPEAR PINE STUMPS ARE EASIER BUT IT WILL EAT UP OAK JUST TAKES EXTRA FEW MINUTES IM HAPPY WITH IT”
