Description
The Eterra E40 Mini Backhoe 48" for mini skid steers is ideal for digging small ditches, trenches, and much more. This Backhoe Attachment has been designed tough, allowing operators the ability to fully apply the power and leverage of their machine. Use this Mini Backhoe to dig, trench and clear in tight spaces where larger machines lack access. The design of the Mini Skid Steer Backhoe also allows for seamless transitions between functions. Rapidly switch from a backhoe to a grapple rake, extension boom, ripper, or an array of bucket sizes.
Manufactured specifically for Mini Skid Steer Loaders, this Backhoe has all of the features you need without the extras that add weight and excess costs. This is a fixed boom backhoe that does not rotate side to side. You use your skid steer action to dump to the side. The Mini Skid Steer Backhoe has a 54" Inch digging reach. Built to endure, this attachment is constructed from robust A572 Grade 50 steel and features a reinforced 4" x 4" square boom. To ensure long-lasting performance, the cylinder incorporates a relief port that safeguards against overstressing and bending the cylinder rod.

“I bought this attachment for my new Bobcat S70. I have a landscaping business that I run on the side and I was tired of doing everything by hand. This Eterra E40 backhoe is the best price I have seen for a backhoe and it works great. The quality is definitely there, it is a solid built unit. I have used it to dig holes and trenches, tear out tree stumps, tear out lawn, as a grapple, building rock walls etc. The thumb is removable when not needed, but is very effective at picking things up when needed. This backhoe has already saved me a lot of manual labor in only a month. This is by far one of the best investments that I have every made, and it was such an amazing price.”

“I've trenched over 300ft with this attachment and its never missed a beat. I recently did 12" wide trench that was 4 ft deep and 80ft long in about 2 hours. I also use this attachment for random root removal and lifting of odd shaped and heavy items. Even though my Bobcat 463 is small I can still get a lot done with this attachment.”

“This attachment is well worth the money. I bought it because we were installing a railroad tie wall in a fenced in backyard. It's amazing!! We were a full day ahead of schedule after 2 days because of the labor savings. I will say that I have it on a Ditch witch sk650 and the turbo diesel motor certainly make it better than a gas engine I would imagine. It powers through roots and picks out rocks like nobody's business and with the thumb it makes it a breeze stacking rocks and etc. like I said, the diesel motor will definitely probably help with the overall digging power of the attachment but I'm sure a gas motor would work.”

“I got this backhoe today and it is built like a tank! I got it with the 12" bucket w/3 teeth. I have it mounted to a 220 Toro Dingo.It dug very well in the hard clay we have here in Indiana. I was surprised. Very Happy using it for the first day, and yes it is really powerful as a grapple. Thanks again guys.”
