Here is my review guys! Thanks, John I have a small farm and was looking to purchase a backhoe attachment for my 763 Bobcat. I had a 555E New Holland (75hp) backhoe and sold it because it was hard to justify the cost of keeping a machine like this for no more than I used it. Since I do not like a shovel any more than the next person, I wanted an attachment to help with digging and a few chores around the farm. So, the search was on to locate just the right attachment. I researched about 10 different brands and narrowed my list down to three. The Eterra E-60 was one of the top three so I called the headquarters and spoke to a gentleman at SSS (Skid Steer Solutions). He was very knowledgeable and helpful. This piece was priced in the middle of the three I was going to purchase. He answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable and simply told me what they had, shared information on how they built the piece and encouraged me give it a try. All of the other competitors tried to convince me to purchase their attachments and were at times down right pushy. Not SSS. After several weeks, I made the decision to get the E-60 with the three option bundle (plus the ripper for 50% off). At first I was a bit skeptical of ordering from Seattle (I live in WV) but the process was painless. I placed my order, they immediately sent an invoice with a freight number with old dominion trucking and the product was shipped the next day. I could easily track the order every step of the way and I knew the exact date it would arrive. Delivery was as scheduled and all was well. The attachment with three buckets was banded to a pallet and was very easy to unload. They even wrapped it in plastic wrap and put protectors where they banded the attachments (nice touch guys!). I waited about two weeks (gnashing at the bit) to try it out. I read through the instructions, hooked it up with the ripper already attached and down in the wood pile I went. Simply put, this attachment is a beast!! I picked up a few locust logs, carried them to my cut up spot, raised the arms of the bobcat where I could easily cut the wood waist high and before you could turn around I had worked up a monster pile of wood. This thing is worth the money just for cutting fire wood! After this adventure, I went down into the hay meadow where some pesky locust trees had grown that I want removed. I wanted to see how the ripper would do removing trees. However, before I made it to the spot, there was a rock sticking out in the road that I tried pushing out with my Kubota M-6800. Every time I lowered the bucket on my tractor, the rock would jar you off the seat. The tractor just wouldn't budge it. So, I lowered the ripper behind the rock and pulled a few times by clamping down on it and to my surprise, out came a monster boulder! I simply could not believe this attachment would move the rock like it did. By this time I was grinning like a Cheshire cat! Any regrets about spending the money on this piece were gone! So, I spent an hour or so moving rocks, stumps and debris out of the roadway. BTW, had I known what this little jewel would do, I would not have spent the money on a grapple bucket! As a matter of fact, now I am regretting not purchasing the grapple attachment for it. It is a brush moving machine! Reaching over fences, down in a valley? No problem. In fact, the piece did not make my machine front heavy at all (which I was a bit leery of at first) even with a monster log clamped on it. After some time, I finally made it to the tree roots. I simply put the ripper in the ground and clamped around the tree cutting and pulling the roots out from around the tree. Within minutes the tree was out. However, I began to hear a clinking on the second tree. Since I read the manual, it specifically said to check the connecting bolts (that hold the attachment on) after the first couple of uses because they will loosen--and they were. So, I grabbed a wrench, snugged them up and went back for another tree. One thing I noticed was my machine is not big enough to just yank a tree out of the ground. It takes some work and the machine did rare up a few times in the rear when I pulled up on the tree roots. However, after I learned how to use it, there were no problems. After a few hours of use, I did notice some dripping from one of the hoses. Apparently, some of the pipe dope did not get all of the way around the fitting. I simply removed the fitting and put some tape on it and the leak stopped. This was my only issue with the attachment. I forgot to mention, when I was unwrapping the plastic, the team at SSS wrapped up a nice cap (not a cheap one!) that I will proudly wear. Simply put, this attachment is AWESOME! I am tickled to death with it. SO, if you are wondering, "should I buy this or not?" Let me help you, YES! You will not regret this purchase. Stop wasting your time searching the other brands and get this one. Here is another reason to buy an Ettera...they have

This will be an extremely useful tool in so many applications! It is hard to get used to the controls but it is getting easier. The thumb attachment is a must and not only allows you to grab branches, etc. but also allows you to hold much more dirt. I should have gotten the slightly larger bucket but can see where the smaller bucket will work better in hard, dry ground. Overall excellent product.

Well packed and as described. Heavy duty, not a toy like cheaper models.

The wiper for the bobcat works great and seems like a quality built one. And your shipping was fast, which I like. Its nice to have places to look for these parts and attachments since dealers no long like to carry any inventory on hand its faster for us to look on line and get our stuff shipped fast. Again Thanks

I had the EH-5000 back in 2004 and that was a good unit this one is even better. Well made and strong. Excellent customer service and fast shipping. If you need an attachment this is the place to go.
