“Purchased the product thinking as I have been recommended to use heliocare spf 50 by my aesthetician, but this cream version is not suitable for acne prone skin. It leaves a very thick, rubbery feel and white cast on my brown skin tone. The product doesn’t sit right on the face and leaves my skin irritated.”

Heliocare Cream SPF50 is suitable for normal and dry skin types, if you have acne prone skin I would recommend the Heliocare Gel SPF50 as this is suitable for oily and problematic skin types. “It seems to be good sun cream but still makes my eyes water and feel irritated as others do. I was horrified by the amount of excess packaging that came with this very small tube of cream, unnecessary "free gifts" and packing materials. I hate waste and this would prevent me from ordering again.”

“I am an advocate for wearing sunscreen year round - SPF 30 in Winter and SPF in Summer. I have used Heliocare creams regularly for the past number of years and love them. It is a thicker consistency than other sunscreens but that is what I like about it and my foundation powder blends nicely over it. Some might prefer a lighter weight sunscreen but for me this is ideal.”

“I started using this about a year ago and I love it doesn't make your skin feel heavy or greasy it's better than some more expensive brands I have tried. Great product.”
