“I am a suffer of Polymorphous light eruption (PMLE). This has been a major issue for years for me, I do not sit out in the sun and always cover up. I found these by the off chance googling PMLE to see if any advancements had been made in the field (as I do every year). I brought these tables and started taking them a few days before my holiday and then 2 a day while on holiday. The results were undeliverable..... I took these while using Heliocare 360° Invisible Spray SPF50+ 200ml and this is the first time in years I have not had an out brake of the ant crawling, skin tearing itchiness. I was able to sit out in the sun, play in the swimming pools and generally walk around soaking in that lovely sun we all love. I did wear a rash vest on the peak hour (ish) of sun still (12-2Pm) while in the pools. The suncream was more like oil although I still didn't get burnt so I'm happy to use it again, It did run out the day before I came home so I will take two next holiday. I cant stress enough how good these tablets were for me and being able to enjoy my holiday with my children. I'm not sure if I was lucky as some reviews people didn't get as good results but if you suffer like me you will understand anything is worth trying. I did also have 2/3 sun bed (4mins) the week leading up and they subscribe it from the doctor (hardening NHS call it) so this may of been a contributing fact also. Since I have return so many people have commented on how brown I look. I will be taking them to my GP and see why they are not looking into using them or a strain of them for general population. 10 out of 10 for this product for me.”

“These are fantastic. For a few years I suffered from a painful itchy rash (not heat rash) and had just about given up holidaying in sunny places when I read an article in the Telegraph recommending them. Well what a difference! I do not suffer from any kind of rash and can now go out in the sun. I take one a day for a week before my holiday then one each day of my holiday , my skin is fabulous. highly recommended.”
