Thank you for taking the time to review our products. When introducing any new product to your regime it can take a couple of months for visible results. The skin will be correcting internally and changes will be happening to correct the structure of the skin. For a new skin cell to come to the surface it takes around 28 days, however as we age this process will slow down therefore this process will take slightly longer. “I bought this after noticing I had developed some quite dark hyperpigmentation on my forehead near my hairline, across the front and down the sides. I was in Cyprus at the time and it appeared so suddenly that I feared the cause was sun damage, and as I’m quite pale it was very noticeable. As soon as I got home I started using this every night before bed and after 2 weeks of use I could see a very noticeable difference. The marks are still visible but they have faded a lot and I’m hoping their appearance will reduce even more with continued use. It also hasn’t caused my skin any irritation, and it can be quite sensitive to certain products sometimes. However, the one issue I have with this product is that once applied it doesn’t sink in or dry in any way – it just sits on the skin, so I think a lot of it rubs off on my pillow overnight. At first I was trying to just sleep on my back so as not to interfere with it once applied, but after a while this gets a bit restrictive, especially as I often find it easier to fall asleep at night when I lay on my side. So I do worry I won’t get the full benefit of it but I bought the 15ml bottle and will continue to use it until it runs out.”

“I’ve been using this at night with a 0.5 mm derma roller (once every 3 days) for about a week now and I am completely sold on it! It evened out my skin tone and I used to wear bb creams for a bit of coverage now I can confidently say that I don’t need that anymore. I love this! Worth every penny.”

“After reading reviews on this product I was very excited to use it to lighten skin pigmentation I have on my neck which I'm very conscious off. I have used it day and night for 10 days now and I can't see any difference. Very disheartened and disappointed”

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Pigmentation can be difficult to treat and in order for it to be effective it must be kept consistent over a long period of time. When introducing any new product to your regime it can take a couple of months for visible results. The skin will be correcting internally and changes will be happening to correct the structure of the skin. For a new skin cell to come to the surface it takes around 28 days, however as we age this process will slow down therefore this process will take slightly longer. It also depends on the severity of the area you are trying to treat to how quick results will be visible. Please also ensure that you are using a daily sun protection product to protect your skin while you are correcting the pigmentation.
