“Such a great product I have used for nearly 1 year after being recommended to IS Clinical after a hydra facial. I use the IS Clinical cleanser AM and PM, the Is Clinical Pro Heal serum AM with the Hydra Cool serum and IS clinical SPF 30. I also us the Hydra Cool in the evening after applying the Medik8 R Retinoate (which is amazing!) I then finish with the Is Clinical moisturiser and Is Clinical Copper mist.”

“I was diagnosed with perioral dermatitis (a form of rosacea). The IS Clinical range of cleanser and serums has worked a treat to reduce the appearance and keep recurrence at bay. I use hydra cool and pro heal serum every day and my skin is rosacea free!”

“I never normally leave reviews but after using this product for around 8 months now, I feel like more people need to know how amazing this product is! I originally bought this after being a fan of facialist, Shani Darden, for quite some time and decided to give some her recommendations a try - the Hydra Cool Serum being one of them and wow I am more than impressed. Usually I find serums too heavy for my skin and can make my breakout prone skin worse but this one is really lightweight and sinks immediately into the skin. For a second it almost goes a bit tacky but I find that once I apply my moisturiser on top my skin feels incredibly smooth. It also has a cooling effect which on holiday, if you've spent a bit too much time in the sun, is so soothing. I have spent so much money on skincare over the years, but this is so worth it, as soon as I'm getting low I have to order a backup because I notice such a difference even just days without it! I would 100% recommend!!”

“just started using it, so didn't see the effect. But just found out that it contains Propylene Glycol (derived from petroleum) which aids harmful chemicals to enter into the skin faster. Didn't expect to find this ingredient in high quality cosmetics. A bit disappointing.”

Thank you for taking the time to review our products. iS Clinical only ever use ingredients that are safety assessed and Propylene Glycol is approved by the FDA as a safe ingredient to use in skin care. Propylene glycol is often used in skincare formulations because of it’s versatile nature and it’s high safety and efficacy usage, at low concentrations in personal care products. It is a water-soluble ingredient that is non-toxic and easily metabolises meaning that it subsides quickly when the skin is flushed, minimising the potential for skin irritation. In addition it’s a very effective humectant and emulsifier that is used at low levels to create a positive cleansing and/or emulsion effect with little to no skin irritation as there is no build-up on the skin.
