“I was sent an email asking me to review this serum that I bought from Skincity 8 days ago. I would, if I could, but Skincity hasn't even dispatched my order yet. They warned that orders might take longer than usual to arrive in my confirmatiom email, but 8 days with no follow-up is pushing it. At the very least, they should email customers with an update and estimated dispatch date...and save the review requests until they've actually delivered on their end of the bargain.”

“As usual my Resveratrol BE arrived exceedingly quickly and wow! there was yet another gift inside the beautifully wrapped parcel. How lovely! Thank you SkinCity. I love Skinceuticals Resveratrol. I use it about 2/3 times a week in the evening and it is really helping my skin. It is worth the extra cost for this particular serum and I am always getting compliments about my skin from people (I am not being self-centred here!). As I am 79 yrs of age it is quite nice that happens. I always tell them 'Contact SkinCity, they will help you a lot and their products are superb, plus the prices are very competitive too'. I do hope my friends do this because I feel really strongly about how good your company is and what wonderful products you sell. Thank you very much SkinCity.”

“This is the first time I have used this product as it is not cheap - but it is lovely to put on at night and really feels it is replenishing and refreshing . Have only been using it fo4 a few weeks so watch this space...!”
