“I was previously using Dermalogica products and this started to break me out. And unfortunately this product has also made me break out- in areas that I haven't had spots in years. I also don’t like the scent of this product and for my dry skin, it is not hydrating enough.”

Thank you for taking the time to review our products. The initial break outs you are experiencing is your skins way of acclimatising to the new product. If there is any congestion ready to come out the new product will encourage it to the surface. I understand this is frustrating however it means the product is working. When introducing any new product to your regime it can take a couple of months for visible results. The skin will be correcting internally and changes will be happening to correct the structure of the skin. For a new skin cell to come to the surface it takes around 28 days, however as we age this process will slow down therefore this process will take slightly longer. It also depends on the severity of the area you are trying to treat to how quick results will be visible. Please make sure you continue being consistent with the product and make sure you are cleansing the skin thoroughly before application. The first cleanse is to remove any superficial dirt/makeup/sebum that has collected on the skin throughout the day. The second cleanse will then cleanse the skin. Finally please make sure you are applying an SPF to prevent any further damage to the skin and also to protect the skin while correction takes place. “Best serum ever! This was recommended to me by my dermatologist. Honestly my skin has never been better!! I wish it lasted longer than a month but to be honest it’s WORTH IT!”
