Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I can see from your order details that you received these products around a week ago. When introducing any new product to your regime it can take a couple of months for visible results. The skin will be correcting internally and changes will be happening to correct the structure of the skin. For a new skin cell to come to the surface it takes around 28 days, however as we age this process will slow down therefore this process will take slightly longer.
