“Smells a bit weird but it does go away quite quickly. Rubs on well and doesn't upset my skin. Drys well no more shiney face! And my spots seem to like it. They haven't been getting worse which is amazing as they do with normal suncream. So far I'm impressed. Sometimes gets a bit dry and flakes off by the afternoon but im not sure if this is the suncream or my skin”

“Feels nice and the ingredients look nice but it pills awfully if you touch your skin at all and looks horrible and cakey in my peach fuzz sideburns.”

“I don’t like to write bad reviews but I really didn’t like this product. I couldn’t fault the service provided by skin city. It was a fast faultless delivery and when I contacted them via email I was replied to within the hour! It’s just personally I don’t like how heavy and sticky I found this gel to be. I guess it’s because of the high spf but when I used it I felt like my face couldn’t breathe and it made me sweat a lot. I had to scrub it off almost immediately. If you’re thinking of purchasing this ask skin city to send a sample as it’s quite pricey for a product I now won’t use.”

“I really like this sun cream. I have only been using it for a few days but it has visibly reduced shine and helped reduce the oiliness of my skin. It doesn't spread that far across my skin; but, this may be because I only use a small amount. It doesn't feel cakey or leave a film on my skin either and I use it over the top of my moisturiser.”

“This is the best SPF day cream I have found, which is not greasy! All others I have tried, all have an element of greasiness about them, even if they say they don't. This Heliocare day cream is not greasy at all. It is called a gel but it really is not a gel. It is a pale beige coloured lotion which spreads easily on your face - although it is beige in colour, I have not noticed that it leaves any colouring on the skin. Highly recommend it.”
