“I just received this toner, so cannot say anything about its quality yet. Though the packaging left me frustrated. There is no protection film and the box has been damaged. I am not even sure if it was used before or not. Can I be reimbursed for this product? I want to receive the toner in a new box with the evidence that it was not opened before.”

“Works beautiful, even better that some more expensive toners I've used before. Actually smell rather nice too. Delivery was fast and the free gift was cute.”
