“Drying my skin out not hydrating :(. I was looking forward to this product but is drying my skin out and not absorbing the skin well at all. Extremely disappointed with this product. I doubt you can have refunds? I temporarily used a £3 moisturiser whilst waiting for my order and this was far better unfortunately”

Thank you for taking the time to review our products. This is a intensely hydrating serum but it is a lightweight texture so this will not feel as if it is hydrating the skin surface but as it is a serum it works to the deeper layers. “This is a great product. But I’m so annoyed by the ridiculously wasteful packaging and stupid toy that I will reconsider buying again. Target user surely are adults, so why send a plastic tacky toy in huge box???”

Gone is the excessive packaging and hard-to-recycle padding. Instead, orders sent with our signature wrapping experience will receive our recyclable Skincity tote bag to protect and cushion your products in transit. Every signature wrapping order also includes a make-up bag, a free sample, a copy of Skin Health Magazine (where possible) and one of our Kokeshis. However, we have now introduced Basic Wrapping which includes minimal packaging a sample but no bags, kokeshi or magazine, you can select this on check out. “I used to use another brand which is twice as expensive until someone recommended this brand to me, half of the price but just as good. I have tried so many hydration serum before, this is one of the best! Highly recommend it!”

“I love this Medik8's Hydr8 B5 product! I started purchasing this an year ago after I got a small sample pack from effortless skin and I can't be without it. It just glides on the skin and doesn't clog up my oily/combination skin. Feels quite soothing.”
