“Very quick delivery and quite cheap whilst being relatively good quality. However, I bought the black face towels and when I use them they leave black residue on my skin which I then had to wash off and dry with a different towel.”

“I had high expectation for this face towel, I thought it would be something special and part of my ritual, but it is just a bad quality towel, that does not absorb anything! As the towel is black, it leaves on my face tons of black fibers and lints. I am hugely disappointed and to be honest, do not know what to do. Can I be reimbursed?”
