Thank you for taking the time to review our products. When introducing any new product to your regime it can take a couple of months for visible results. The skin will be correcting internally and changes will be happening to correct the structure of the skin. For a new skin cell to come to the surface it takes around 28 days, however as we age this process will slow down therefore this process will take slightly longer. “For experienced users of retinol, this is an excellent product from Paula's Choice. I have very sensitive skin but this gives me no irritation if used every other night.”

“I was very disappointed when I received this item as the pump action didn't work so I couldn't use it. I thought it was quite expensive for this to happen. Had to wait (not long) for a replacement now I have to return the faulty product. Not sure when I will get the chance as I work.”
