“This formulation is stickier and milkier than I imagined it to be, I thought it would be a cooling water gel consistency. However Heliocare is supposed to be very good and I have been using it during this hot weather. Once it sinks in, it feels fine on the skin. The smell could be improved but then it only lasts a moment.”
