“This Soft Calming Second Concentrate does wonders for my skin. It is very gentle and it feels so comfortable as I put it onto my face. “I bought the SKINCITY Soft Calming Second Concentrate because of it's fantastic ingredient list. Niacinamide, Oat Kernel Oil, Licorice, Green Tea, Centella Asiatica, Chamomile, Japanese knotweed, I especially love the fact it contains Colloidal Oats. Do you know how hard it is to find face skincare containing Colloidal Oats? I actually only know of two others. One of them not really suitable for daily face skin care. And the other brand I didn't like the other ingredients. So I was delighted to find Colloidal Oats in SKINCITY Soft Calming Second Concentrate. I have super oily acne prone skin. That is also super dehydrated from constantly fighting off acne. the Soft Calming Second Concentrate is so lovely to use. It's not at all oily, Has a lovely texture, It's Fragrance Free. Including no essential oils. One pump would cover my whole face. But I just like to use two. Love It!”
