“Horrible customer service. I paid 60$ for expedited shipping and it took 8 days to get here. When I reached out no remedies were offered, just a "im sorry to hear that... carriers messed up... we don't offer refunds" I've had several issues with this in the past with other companies and they rectify the issue especially when they charge 60$ for expedited shipping. I'm sure the product is great, but I support businesses that take care of their clientele. Won't be suggesting this to anyone moving forward”

While he wouldn't let us zip it up all the way, it was still a dark space, and we had the fan going as well as the hatch sound machine inside for a little more light too and to drown out other noises in the room. He slept great and loves his "tent"! He actually wanted to get in the pack n play to sleep too because of it!”

“Our daughter (12 months old) was taking about 45 min long naps, we bought the slumber pod because we are in between places while we move and her first nap was more than 2hrs...I mean do I need to say more? You might buy it and hear your partner grumble "do we really need this?"...just wait. Worth every penny, I want an adult version of this for myself. I bought the one with the fan and I think the air circulation is a help. The only item I will note is that our monitor camera has a light on it, so it warms the camera holding area and the temp shows a little higher than what it is in the slumber pod, not a big deal.”
