“This was perfect for our camping trip! Breathable, better blackout than our curtains in the nursery, and she slept like a baby! Will be taking on vacation with us later this year as well. My only wish is that the fan was battery powered, I didn't realize until I got it that it needs to be plugged in. Ended up using battery powered fan from Amazon.”

“You HAVE to get the fan when you get your SlumberPod! We're so glad we went with the fan option because of the warmth/circulation concerns. I definitely feel like the SlumberPod bought us more time in the morning while we were traveling because baby couldn't pop up and see us in the hotel room while we were prepping the morning routine. It also made it easier for baby to go down for naps because it darkened baby's space, and it made it easier to "sneak around" the hotel room at night (more on that below). That said, the pod definitely gets warmer than the room, so the fan is critical for circulation. We kept the pod's vents open for circulation, but this created the problem of baby being able to peek out the front and see our feet passing by (we ended up creeping past really quickly/quietly). Overall, glad we got this and it ended up helping when we were in one room with a 15-month old who is much more aware of the world and surroundings!!”
