My daughter has always struggled with sleep. We could make conditions perfect for her to sleep at home, but traveling was out of the question, because without a pitch black environment, she won't sleep. This has given us an incredible amount of freedom. So much so, I had a nightmare once about someone stealing my SlumberPod. I yelled at the thieves as they ran away that they could have anything else, just leave ththe SlumberPod!

Absolutely loved it. Baby slept all night long, I was able to go into the room we were staying at and do whatever I needed to do without interrupting baby's sleep.

I bought the slumber pod hoping to help my daughter sleep well while we travel. We have put it to use multiple times in the past two weeks, and she has slept great! She slept from 7 pm to 6 am at my grandmother’s house without a peep.

My daughter is a great napper at home in her dark room, but not so much at her grandma's. When with her grandma she would only nap on grandma or maybe 30 minutes in her pack n play. She has now taken 3 naps with the slumberpod and they have all been 1.5 to 2 hours....she had to be woken up for one of them! So happy shes getting sleep and grandma is getting a break during the day while watching her!

So far we love it! It is so dark in there and with family travel it makes things sooo much easier. The only thing I noticed is the large bottom air vent doesn’t prop open very well. It is fine for the winter but it may get alittle toasty in the summer. Will likely have to buy fan to go with it.

This is a FANTASTIC product and I'm so excited someone invented it! My biggest complaint is that it says it's not washable. EVERYTHING for kids should be washable. Even hand-washable would be great. It definitely has a "new", semi-chemically smell to it, and I am not even a particularly sensitive person when it comes to smells. I think I am going to give it a gentle, initial wash, air dry it, and keep my fingers crossed. I hope to rid it of it's smell and feel a little more comfortable sticking my baby inside of it. It's no secret that many fabrics, unless they specify otherwise, have silicone waxes, petroleum scours, softeners, heavy metals, flame retardants, ammonia, and formaldehyde in and on them... and this pod smells like there are definitely chemicals in the fabric that I don't really want to hot-box my developing baby inside with. I'm going to try to see if my Molekule air purifier will fit inside the slumbered with our travel crib. So, for future slumber pod development goals - a low to no VOC certification would be AMAZING. Organic fabric, perhaps? Wool is naturally flam retardant... I don't know what the solution is but the pod should at the very least be hand-washable.
